The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with an oven, 4 hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has a large bench and 4 chairs and can easily seat 8 people. 

To the right of the entrance is the children's sleeping area with a 2-bed bunk bed (80x190) with storage drawers and reading lights. The children's sleeping area is completely separate from the living room and gives access to the WC with washbasin.

The staircase leads to the sleeping area on the lower level.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe. It also gives access to the second balcony.

The landing gives access to a second shower room with shower, washbasin + storage and heated towel rail, a separate WC and a large cupboard.
