THE VILLAGE OF ARC 1950
Located right in the heart of the enchanting village of Arc 1950, in the "Jardins de la Cascade" residence, our apartment offers the perfect base to explore and enjoy the exceptional Paradiski area. The village is entirely pedestrian, offering a unique atmosphere.
During the winter season the village provides exceptional ski-in and ski-out access to the Paradiski ski area. Ski lessons depart directly from the Place de l'Horloge, located directly at the foot of the building, or, for the little ones, at the departure point of the "Cabriolet" cable car, just 2 minutes' walk away.
In summer, a wide range of events and activities are organised for families, sports enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike.
The Deep Nature spa offers 1000 m² dedicated to well-being and relaxation, facing the Mont Blanc mountain range.
OUR APARTMENT
Our apartment, L'Ekrin des Arcs, is spacious and cosy. With a surface area of 64.5m2 on two levels, it can accommodate up to 8 persons (6 adults maximum and 2 children).
The first level offers a spacious living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a separate skier's cabin with bunk beds, a toilet with washbasin, plenty of storage space and a balcony.
The second level offers a first bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the second balcony, a second separate shower room with shower and washbasin, a third WC and storage space.
The flat is east-facing, offering lovely views of the mountains and forest, the Pré-Saint-Esprit cable car and the village of Arc 2000.
THE RESIDENCE
Our apartment is located in the "Jardins de la Cascade" residence, which is situated in the heart of the village of Arc 1950, giving directly onto the main square. Several local shops (mini-market, bakery, equipment hire, etc.) as well as bars and restaurants are located at the foot of the building.
The residence has an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a wellness area with sauna and hammam.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is accessible free of charge.
Underground parking provides direct access to the residence and flat (additional charges apply).
